Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Local Rules
An appeal in a case or proceeding to which Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037 privacy protection applied is governed by the same rule on appeal. In all other appeals, Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2 privacy protection governs. The clerk’s office will not redact personally identifiable information that a party neglects to redact. 41
