PREPARATION OF CLERK’S MINUTES AND DEPOSIT OF EXHIBITS
Hawai‘i Family Court Rules
The court shall cause minutes to be prepared for its own use. Such minutes shall be appended chronologically at the bottom of the case file. Immediately upon the conclusion of a proceeding, all exhibits received, together with the original of the exhibit list, shall be deposited with the clerk, who shall acknowledge receipt of same on a copy of the exhibit list, which shall be filed in the file.
