A. In the discharge of judicial duties, every Justice is responsible to the Court. B. In its discharge of judicial functions, the Court is the responsibility of every Justice. C. All Justices bear an equal responsibility for the proper disposition of every matter before the Court. D. The assignment of a given matter to a single Justice is solely for the efficiency of the Court, and neither enhances the power of the assigned Justice nor diminishes the duty of the remaining Justices as to its proper disposition.
