Uniform Civil Rules For The City Courts Outside The City Of New York
In accordance with UCCA 105(a), the following shall each have the power to administer oaths, take acknowledgments and sign the process or mandate of the court: (a) clerks; (b) deputy clerks; (c) assistant clerks; (d) any other nonjudicial person designated by order of the Chief Administrator of the Courts.
