Justice and Municipal Court Rules for Civil Traffic Infractions
(a) There shall be no post-hearing motions except for a motion to set aside a default judgment as provided in Rule 3.7. (b) A notice of appeal must be filed no later than 7 calendar days after the court enters an order. [Added; effective November 5, 2024.]
