Idaho Court Administrative Rule 60. Policy Regarding Jury Selection. In order to foster the jury policy of the state of Idaho all persons selected for jury service shall be selected at random from a fair cross section of the population of the county served by the court, and all qualified citizens shall have the opportunity to be considered for jury service. (Adopted November 17, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.)
