Rules Governing Appearance by Audiovisual Transmission Equipment (Part IX-A and Part IX-B)
The intent of this rule is to promote uniformity in the practices and procedures relating to telephonic transmission appearances. To improve access to the courts and reduce litigation costs, courts shall permit parties, to the extent feasible, to appear by telephonic equipment at appropriate proceedings pursuant to these rules. [Added; effective January 1, 2013.]
