No evidence of the court proceedings at which a plea of guilty or nolo contendere was entered, where such plea is not accepted by the judicial authority or is later withdrawn pursuant to Sec- tions 39-26 through 39-28, shall be received at the trial of the case. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 718.)
