ments to Complaint or Application (Amended June 28, 1999, to take effect Jan. 1, 2000.) If Section 25-2, 25-3 or 25-4 is not complied with, the judicial authority, whenever its attention is called to the matter, shall order that the com- plaint or the application, as the case may be, be amended upon such terms and conditions as it may direct. Where an amendment is filed concern- ing support or maintenance contributed by the state of Connecticut, no further action shall be taken by the judicial authority until such amend- ment shall be served upon the attorney general and opportunity given him or her to be heard upon the matter. Nothing in this section shall be con- strued to affect the automatic orders in Section 25-5 above. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 454.) (Amended June 28, 1999, to take effect Jan. 1, 2000.)
