Places for Holding Court in Time of War,

Insurrection, Pestilence, or Other Public Danger. When it appears necessary because of actual or threatened war, insurrection, pestilence, or other public calamity, or because of actual or threatened destruction of, or danger to the building or the occupants of the building appointed for holding court in any judicial district, the presiding judge of the district may by order direct that the court be held or continued at any other place or facility in the judicial district. The order shall be filed with the clerk of the supreme court and a copy provided to the administrative director. The order shall be published as the presiding judge prescribes.
