Photographing, Televising, Recording, or Broadcasting of Hearings
Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces Rules of Practice and Procedure
(a) The contemporaneous photographing, televising, recording, or broadcasting of any session of the Court or other activity relating thereto is prohibited, absent Court authorization. (b) Any violation of this Rule is a contempt of this Court, and, after due notice and hearing, the Court may discipline the offender accordingly. See Article 48, UCMJ. OPINIONS
