A petition for judicial relief, as permitted by the Act, shall be filed in the appropriate forum: (a) the court in which a proceeding is pending involving a dispute subject to arbitration under the Act; or (b) if no proceeding is pending, a court with jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter.
