Petition for exclusive listing

A petition for approval of an exclusive listing under Probate Code section 10150(c) must state the following: (1) A description of the property to be sold; (2) The name of the broker to be employed; (3) A summary of the terms of the exclusive listing agreement or include a copy of the listing agreement; and (4) A detailed statement of the facts supporting the "necessity and the advantage" to the estate of having the exclusive listing. Rule 7.453 amended effective January 1, 2002; adopted effective January 1, 2000.
