Payment without appearance
Justice and Municipal Court Rules for Civil Traffic Infractions
(a) The clerk of the court must accept payment of an assessment by a person without an appearance in court. (b) At the time of payment, the court may require the person to sign a waiver of rights and acknowledgment of responsibility. (c) This procedure constitutes an entry and satisfaction of judgment.
