(a) Multiple Defendants. If there are multiple defendants, the jury shall return a verdict as to any defendant about whom it has agreed. If the jury cannot agree on all counts as to any (b) Multiple Counts. defendant, the jury shall return a verdict on those counts on which it has agreed. (c) Mistrial. If the jury cannot agree on a verdict on one (1) or more defendants or counts, the court may declare a mistrial as to those defendants or counts. Comment
