South Carolina Appellate Court Rules
All papers filed in all courts of this State, other than papers filed as exhibits in their original form or as copies of their original form, shall be prepared on letter-size (8 1/2 by 11) paper. This Rule shall become mandatory July 1, 1983. Until that time, the Clerks of the various courts of this State shall accept papers of either letter-size or legal-size (8 1/2 by 11 or 8 1/2 by 14).
