Indiana Administrative Rules
Effective January 1, 1991 Effective January 1, 1992, all pleadings, copies, motions and documents filed with any trial court or appellate level court, typed or printed, with the exception of exhibits and existing wills, shall be prepared on 8 1/2 ″ x 11″ size paper. Through December 31, 1991, such papers and records will be accepted on either 8 1/2 ″ x 11″ or 8 1/2 ″ x 14″ size paper.
