Court of Criminal Appeals Rule 5. Panels. Unless otherwise ordered, the court will sit in panels of three judges as assigned by the presiding judge. The concurrence of a majority of the judges so sitting shall be necessary to constitute a decision of the court. Rule Name Rule 5: Panels
