Ordering of the Record and Briefing

(A) The record Upon the filing of an appeal of right pursuant to Rule 6.01, the Clerk of the Supreme Court shall issue an order for the transmittal of the record from the clerk of the court where the judgment on appeal was rendered. The record shall be transmitted as provided for by Rule 15.03. (B) Briefing After the record is filed by the Clerk of the Supreme Court, briefing in an appeal of right shall proceed as provided for by Section 16.
