(a) Order of termination. The judicial officer shall make findings and enter an order within 45 days (or within 60 days if the judicial officer certifies that the case is complex) of the adjudicatory hearing on the motion for termination of the parent and child relationship. The order shall be in writing and shall state the findings of fact and conclusions of law upon which it is based. Copies of the order shall be provided to all counsel. (b) Right to appeal. At the conclusion of the hearing or upon issuance of the order, the judicial officer shall advise all parties, orally or in writing, of the right to appeal the order. (c) Review hearing. The order shall set the date for a review hearing to be held within 60 days following entry of the order.
