The BAP Clerk will provide notice of the time and place of argument. Once the hearing date is scheduled, a motion for continuance will be granted only under exceptional circumstances. The Panel may determine that oral argument is not needed either sua sponte or on motion for submission of the appeal on the briefs. If the Panel determines that oral argument is not needed, it will issue an order to that effect. -6-
