Kansas Supreme Court Rules
Any person ordering a transcript must pay the official court reporter a reasonable fee based on rates fixed by the Board with the approval of the Supreme Court. Upon payment, the official court reporter must furnish the requested transcript. Preparation of transcripts for use in an appeal are governed by Rule 3.03. [ History: Am. effective July 1, 2020.]
