Intent: To establish the leadership and staff of the Council. Applicability: This rule shall apply only to the internal operation of the Council. Statement of the Rule: (1) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is the presiding officer of the Council. (2) The Council may elect a vice-chairperson to conduct meetings of the council when the Chief Justice is absent. (3) The Administrative Office shall serve as secretariat to the Council.
