52.3(1) The commission shall elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson to serve for the calendar year and until successors are elected. 52.3(2) The state court administrator or designee of the state court administrator shall be executive secretary of the commission. 52.3(3) The commission may employ such additional investigative personnel as it deems necessary. 52.3(4) The commission may employ or contract for the employment of legal counsel. However, the attorney general shall prosecute the charge(s) before the commission on behalf of the state. [Court Order November 9, 2001, effective February 15, 2002]
