The office of the BAP clerk shall be open for business during the hours posted at the website located at http://www.bap1.uscourts.gov except for legal holidays as that term is defined in Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006(a). For information regarding emergency or weather closings, parties may telephone the BAP clerk or consult the website.
