AR 5 OFFENDER FINANCIAL INFORMATION For purposes of monitoring and billing legal financial obligations, information contained in the criminal judgment and docket records of the superior court clerk shall be considered official. The clerk shall provide such information to the Department of Corrections to promote timely satisfaction of offender financial obligations. [Adopted effective March 1, 1974; Amended effective September 1, 1991.]
