Rules of Procedure of the Court of the Judiciary
It shall be the obligation of all judges and attorneys licensed to practice law in this state, when called upon to assist in any hearing, or to testify concerning any matter as to which he or they do not properly claim privilege as an attorney, to so assist, to testify and aid the Court in their duties. [Adopted 3-11-74.]
