Rules of the Disciplinary Board of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court
Respondent. After a Complaint has been docketed and before the Conclusion of an Investigation, Counsel shall notify the Respondent in accordance with RSCH 2.11(b) by communication marked “CONFIDENTIAL” and afford the Respondent an opportunity to respond.
