Within 10 days after a court has entered judgment in a contested action or special proceeding in which the court has declared unconstitutional a state statute or regulation, the prevailing party, or as otherwise ordered by the court, must serve a copy of the judgment and a notice of entry of judgment on the Attorney General and file a proof of service with the court. Rule 2.1100 amended effective January 1, 2016; adopted as rule 826 effective January 1, 1999; previously amended and renumbered as rule 2.1100 effective January 1, 2007.
