Rules of the Disciplinary Board of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court
Third Person Subpoenas. If Counsel causes a subpoena to be issued to a third person for the production of documents, Counsel shall serve a copy of the subpoena upon the Respondent in the manner provided by RSCH 2.11(b) not later than two full business days before the time specified in the subpoena for compliance therewith.
