Notice of Release Conditions

Effective December 8, 2022 Pretrial services shall create and use a form to advise each arrestee and pretrial defendant in writing of the court-ordered conditions of release and any associated fees. The form must contain a signature line or a signature page for the person to indicate that the person has been provided a copy of the form, understands the information provided, and agrees to comply with all pretrial services requirements. Pretrial services shall maintain the form or the signature page with the person’s signature in the arrestee’s or pretrial defendant’s pretrial services record.
