Enlarge Conditions of Probation or Condi- tional Discharge or Terminate Conditions of Probation or Conditional Discharge Whenever a motion to modify or enlarge the conditions of probation or conditional discharge is filed, and whenever a motion for termination of a sentence of probation or conditional discharge is filed, such motion shall be served prior to the hearing date upon the opposing party and, if the movant is not a probation officer, the appropriate probation officer, unless otherwise ordered by the judicial authority. Service of said motions shall be made on the defendant by delivering a copy to the defendant personally or by leaving it at his or her usual place of abode. Service of said motions may be made by any probation officer. Service of said motions shall be made on all other par- ties, and on the appropriate probation officer, in accordance with the provisions of Section 10-12 et seq. (Adopted June 25, 2001, to take effect Jan. 1, 2002.)
