Notice of Mandatory Evaluation Conferences

(a) Service of Application and Notice The party who requested a mandatory evaluation conference on a construction-related accessibility claim under Civil Code section 55.545 must, within 10 days of issuance of the notice, serve on all other parties the application and any Notice of Mandatory Evaluation Conference (form DAL-020) issued by the court. (b) Filing Proof of Service A proof of service must be filed with the court 15 days before the date set for the early evaluation conference. Proof of Service-Disability Access Litigation (form DAL-012) may be used to show service of the documents. Rule 3.682 adopted effective July 1, 2013.
