The notice required by Rule 2973.2 shall be substantially in the following form: (Caption) Notice under Rule 2973.2 of Judgment and Execution Notice of Defendant’s Rights To: Defendant(s) A judgment for possession of real property has been entered against you and in favor of the plaintiff without prior notice and hearing based on a confession of judgment contained in a promissory note or other document allegedly executed by you.
