Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure
Each justice court must establish local procedures for notifying the parties of the hearing date, time, and location for a summary eviction matter. Notice of the hearing must provide sufficient time and opportunity for the parties to prepare their case and be present at the hearing. [Amended; effective October 29, 2024.]
