Allowances Upon the filing of an account by a receiver or a petition of a receiver or an attorney for a receiver for compensation and allowances, the Register in Chancery shall give notice by mail of the filing thereof and the hearing thereon to all classes or persons designated in the order of the Court setting such account or petition for hearing.
