Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court Rules of Practice
When an attorney enters her or his appearance on behalf of a party to a pending action, all subsequent petitions involving the same parties or the same matter in controversy shall be served on all counsel of record by the attorney filing the subsequent petition or petitions, so long as there is litigation between the parties pending before the court.
