Notice of change in court-county relationship

If, under Government Code section 77212, the county gives notice to the superior court that the county will no longer provide a specific county service or the court gives notice to the county that the court will no longer use a specific county service, the court must, within 10 days of receiving or giving such notice, provide a copy of this notice to the Judicial Council's Finance office. Rule 10.805 amended effective January 1, 2016; adopted as rule 6.705 effective January 1, 2000; previously amended and renumbered as rule 10.805 effective January 1, 2007.
