Upon the filing of the petition form, the arbitration organization shall send notice to the other party together with a request for payment of the filing fee. (Amended effective August 5, 2003; amended effective March 1, 2016.) Standing Committee Comments (2015) The claimant is the only party who may file a petition for No-Fault arbitration. In order to avoid confusion, the language "by either party" was removed. Under Rule 5(e), the claimant will not be responsible to furnish a copy of the petition to the respondent.
