Prior to the admission to the practice of law, and not earlier than 3 years preceding the year in which an applicant passes the examination required by Rule 65, and no later than 3 years after the year in which an applicant passes said examination, an applicant shall take and pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination. There is no limit to the number of times an applicant may take the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination during such period, but if an applicant does not pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination during such period, an applicant must be reexamined as required by Rule 65. The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination need not be taken in the State of Nevada. [Added; effective December 10, 1983; amended; effective September 30, 2004.]
