(a) All motions must state with particularity the relief sought and the factual or legal grounds for requesting such relief. (b) An answer to a motion may be filed no later than seven days after the motion is filed. (c) A reply to an answer to a motion may be filed no later than three days after the answer is filed. 34 (d) Motions must be separately filed and may not be incorporated in any other pleading. (e) Once the Court has established a hearing date, no motions may be filed within seven days of that date, except by prior leave of the Court. (f) Oral motions presented by counsel by leave of the Court during a hearing must be filed with the Court within three days after such hearing. (g) Notwithstanding any other provision of these Rules, the Court may immediately act on any motion without awaiting an answer or reply. Any party adversely affected by such action may request reconsideration, vacation, or modification of such action. FACTFINDING
