Effective January 1, 2001 A. Voluntary Dismissal. An appeal may be dismissed on motion of the appellant upon the terms agreed upon by all the parties on appeal or fixed by the Court. B. Involuntary Dismissal. An appellee may at any time file a motion to dismiss an appeal for any reason provided by law, including lack of jurisdiction. Motions to affirm are abolished.
