Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Local Rules
(a) Rehearing Not Routine. A motion for rehearing must not be filed routinely. Rehearing will be granted only if a significant issue has been overlooked or misconstrued by this Court. (b) Number of Motions. This Court will consider only one motion for rehearing from each party to the appeal.
