Motion for reconsideration

(1) The director or the respondent may seek reconsideration of the judgment or opinion of the supreme court by filing a motion for reconsideration within 20 days after the decision of the court is filed. 174 (2) The filing of a motion for reconsideration does not stay enforcement of the judgment. A request for a stay pending determination of the motion for reconsideration shall be made to the supreme court.
