Obtain Protected Health Information The judicial authority may, on motion of a party and for good cause shown, order a party to pro- vide a written authorization sufficient to comply with the provisions of the Health Insurance Porta- bility and Accountability Act, as that act may from time to time be amended, to inspect and make copies of protected health information. The judicial authority may, on application of a party that is in compliance with the provisions of the Public Health Service Act and for good cause shown, order a party to provide a written authori- zation sufficient to comply with the provisions of said act, as that act may from time to time be amended, to inspect and make copies of alcohol and drug records that are protected by that act.
