Administrative Tribunals Specific provisions of law pertaining to stays pending appeals from any administrative tribunal to the appellate division, to pauper appeals therein, and to 49 TOC Rule 20 the scope of review and permissible mandates of the Court of Appeals therein shall govern the procedure in such appeals notwithstanding any provisions of these rules that may prescribe a different procedure.
