Miscellaneous Dispositions

Upon motion by the defendant, counsel for the defendant, or the prosecuting authority, the judi- cial authority may make any order permitted by statute or rule that may result in the disposition of the case without trial, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) Adjudication and treatment as a youthful offender; (2) Accelerated pretrial rehabilitation; (3) Pretrial alcohol education and treatment; 399 © Copyrighted by the Secretary of the State of the State of Connecticut
