(1) In this section, "minute record" means a record comprised of notes or minutes prepared by the clerk or other person directed by the court. (2) The circuit court shall keep a minute record of all court proceedings as provided by statute. In initial appearances, the minute record shall include the court's advice and the defendant's reply.
