Minor Becoming of Age During Pendency of Action

(a) When a minor reaches majority during the pendency of the action, the minor or the minor’s guardian may have the record amended to remove the name of the guardian. (b) When such amendment of the record has been completed, the guardian shall be relieved of all liability for costs.
