Miscellaneous. — Where a patient asserted an informed consent claim based on allegations that a doctor lied to the patient before laparo- scopic surgery, and the parties disputed whether Wyoming would extend the informed consent doctrine to the circumstances of the case, the court did not sua sponte ask the Wyoming Supreme Court to resolve this “un- settled and dispositive” issue of state law, be- cause neither party requested certification.
